Learn classical, modern and jazz piano and theory
I have been teaching piano, music theory and composition for over 7 years. I've worked with students of all ages and believe in fostering students passion for music by mentoring students in what they want to achieve, whether it be to achieve high AMEB results, compose music or learn songs by their favourite artist.
In lessons, students develop a variety of musical skills through learning aspects of music and theory which go beyond the piano. Suburbs taught in include North Sydney to the Inner City, with in home lessons offered in Surry Hills.
MY STORY
Jade Slater
I have studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and am currently doing further studies elsewhere. I perform in jazz trios, quartets and big bands across Sydney.

I began teaching at a young age, and have worked students of all abilities and ages. I have held previous roles as a band conductor and group music teacher, giving me a fresh perspective on individual lessons.

My mentors have impacted me immensely, giving me the drive and passion necessary to pursue music. Due to this, I believe forming relationships with my students is essential to help them grow and find their passion.
